- Support daily operational activities of our Training Centre
- Administrative support to the Operations Department to ensure efficiencies are achieved
- Key duties include budgeting, procuring, vendor selection, new vendor creation, purchase requisition, purchasing, processing invoices etc
- Purchasing all necessary training materials/items/equipment for Training Centre to operate effectively and our classes to run smoothly.
- Keeping and maintaining clear and precise documentations and inventories records/databases.
- Daily morning support for classes (physical/virtual)
- Preparing of training materials and stationeries
- Providing pre-and-post logistical support for our classes
- Work on continual improvements to enhance operations processes
- All other duties as requested by the management
- Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with experience in training, admin or course coordination work
- Analytical, resourceful and meticulous.
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and within short deadlines
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to engage with our internal and external stakeholders.
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
