Job Description

Job Description

  • Support daily operational activities of our Training Centre
  • Administrative support to the Operations Department to ensure efficiencies are achieved
  • Key duties include budgeting, procuring, vendor selection, new vendor creation, purchase requisition, purchasing, processing invoices etc
  • Purchasing all necessary training materials/items/equipment for Training Centre to operate effectively and our classes to run smoothly.
  • Keeping and maintaining clear and precise documentations and inventories records/databases.
  • Daily morning support for classes (physical/virtual)
  • Preparing of training materials and stationeries
  • Providing pre-and-post logistical support for our classes
  • Work on continual improvements to enhance operations processes
  • All other duties as requested by the management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably with experience in training, admin or course coordination work
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and within short deadlines
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills to engage with our internal and external stakeholders.

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Job Type: Contract (2 years)
