Role Description

An operations executive is a key part of a management team and oversees high-level duties, such as setting training standards. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Specific Responsibilities

• Operations executive will be able to liase with the director on current production work flow and recommend improvement to ensure a positive and dynamic work enviroment. Trainee will develop better leadership qualities and people management skills.
• Operations executive would be able to process customer food & beverage orderings and make sure that all food & beverage deliveries are met within leadtime. Trainee would be able to create spreadsheets and/or provide reports to manage all routes or food & beverage ordering.
• Operations executive would be able to participate in strategic planning proccess using current data to help team & other departments implement food & beverage packages to attract more customers. Trainee would also have to compile reports anaysis to share customer insights.
• Operations executive would be able to handle inbound queries from customers and provide support via multiple channels (email, social media platforms and livechats etc). Operations executive would also be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations/customers and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Operations executive would be able to ensure vehicles and food & beverage quality are in good condition before delivering to customers. Trainee would also be able to resolve professionally all matters relating to customers, vehicle, accident, breakdown issues.
