HR tasks

Assist HR Executive & Manager handling full spectrum of HR work,

MOM WP/SP/EP application

PR application

Payroll computation

Admin tasks

Opening of tax and secretarial files

Photocopying of documents

Printing of reports

Filing of documents

Answering and directing phone calls

Mailing of invoices

Opening of letter box

In charge of photocopier machine and contact xerox if any issues with machine

Managing office supplies and inventory, including stationery

Sorting of documents

Open letters for clients

Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintaining and updating records, databases, and files

Providing administrative support to other team members or departments

Overall, the admin’s job is to provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization or department.


  • At least two years experience in HR & Admin
  • Candidate with F&B experience would be an added advantage
  • Able to start within short notice or immediate
  • Candidates with relevant skills and experiences will consider for Executive postion
