Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the office team and day-to-day tasks for running the office, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring teams timeliness and office tidiness.
  • Support schedule, coordinate appointments for the owner/leadership team and assist in all meeting preparation which includes setting up conference calls across different time zones.
  • Preparation of expense reports, forms and communications for office financial reports and invoicing.
  • Works closely and effectively with the key senior leadership and supports ad-hoc tasks.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks are assigned from time to time.
