  • Marketing strategy development and planning
  • Help propel the business towards an omni-channel business model
  • Drive online & e-commerce P&L results
  • Plan and, where required, help execute strategies in different digital marketing channels ( free social, paid social, paid search, SEO and influencer)
  • To oversee & plan market research projects
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches
  • Work with external agencies to implement initiatives
  • Propose and manage the marketing budget
  • Others as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or Business related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing managerial capacity, preferably from FMGC and/or retail industry
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a strong plus
  • Agency background is preferred
  • Proven achievements in driving brand growth and contribution to business profitability
  • Result-oriented
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and hands on
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead a team
