Job Description

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

• Reporting to Marketing Manager
• Support full 360 marketing communication plan and mix (Online & Offline)
• Look into collaborations and sponsorships opportunities to raise brand awareness
• Support the marketing plan via paid advertising, SEM, email and other digital marketing applications and platforms
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors and/or publishers to ensure smooth process for promotional activities
• Assist with the sales team to help with branding for service centres and dealer outlets
• Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the IT team to manage the content on our website

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

• Minimum Diploma in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline from a local/Foreign Tertiary Recognized Instituition.
• Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Familiar with executing marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong teamwork
• Proficient in MS Office and/or creative applications like Canva, Figma, Adobe photoshop will be an added advantage
