Job position: Executive, Marketing and Customer Experience

What You’ll Do

• Managing and updating of the brand’s digital assets and marketing materials.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar, and make sure it’s regularly reviewed, updated, and tracked.
• Co-ordination and liaise with internal and external parties for preparation and launch of the promotion program.
• Respond to customers’ queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Contribute towards operational and service excellence.
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events.
• Support the day-to-day marketing and customer experience responsibilities.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum Degree in marketing-related fields or Diploma with more than 4 years of related experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team
• Ability to plan and execute tasks, and work independently
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing skills are advantageous
• Able to multitask and handle pressure
