Job Description

The Marketing Assistant provide support to Marketing Department in both Traditional & Digital Marketing, and ensure that delegated marketing tasks and activities are completed in a timely manner as directed.

Critical Work Functions And Key Tasks

  • In charge of onsite and offsite photography and video shoots.
  • Brainstorming, compose and publish content on company website, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Co-ordinate in the in-house event / portal event.
  • Handling all incoming phone calls and enquiries from email and social media.
  • Oversee day to day marketing administration matters, including complaint case.
  • Responsible for sales leads, including contact potential customers, arrange appointment with customers, inform sales on confirm appointment, and update appointment to system.
  • Responsible for marketing collateral inventory.
  • Conducting market research by analyzing questionnaires and feedbacks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Skills And Competencies

  • Proficient in photography and videography.
  • Proficient in graphic design and photo editing software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Movie Maker, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well and work with people across different levels and independently.
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
  • Positive and cheerful, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • ‘Can’ do attitude.
  • High level of attention to details.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Committed, reliable & takes pride in work.
