Job Scope

  • Answer general call-in or email enquiries
  • Prepare quotations
  • Prepare marketing or promotion materials
  • Prospecting, identifying and establising new clients
  • Issue Invoice, DO and arrange for transport if require
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Strong attention to details and organization
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Experience in Online marketing is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, good communications and interpersonal skills
