Job Description

Job Description

  • Provide good customer service to ensure high level of satisfaction of customers service are achieved
  • Ability to promote and recommend food and beverages to customers
  • Taking in orders and serving food to customers
  • Preparation of food and beverages
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are always maintained throughout all areas.
  • To take responsibility for contributing towards own development and attend training
  • sessions or courses when required.
  • Always support safe work habits and a safe working environment.
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • Experience in F&B will be an added advantage
  • Team player with adequate effective communication skills
  • Punctual and good working attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to work weekends & public holidays
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice
  • Handling of Non-Halal ingredients as our restaurant is not Halal certified
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and explain menu items
