Job Description

  • Support daily customer service functions such as attending to email enquiries and calls.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder on the rate negotiation and provide shipment quotes to customers.
  • Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations.
  • Organize shipment delivery schedule and update customer on the progress.
  • Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • IT Savvy and proficient with MS Office Application
  • Good customer service skill
  • Able to work well in a team
