Job Description

About The Company

Established in 1991, the company distributes premium, natural and organic foods products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. The company has logistical expertise to handle dry, chilled, and frozen products. Their marketing and distribution activities range from servicing major supermarket and hypermarket chains to the foodservice sector, which includes hotels, restaurants, cafes, wholesalers, ships and airlines.


  • Assign sales target for Key Account Supermarket / Retailers (Online and Offline)
  • Develop promotional strategies to achieve the overall banner/channel target set within company allocated amount
  • Regularly brief and communicate with the internal operations team on monthly/Adhoc promo setup and executions
  • Propose new product listing and extension
  • Tracking Key customer service level and show improvement on scorecard report
  • Analyse sales performance for each brand and retailer and determine business growth potential
  • Monitor key accounts receivables and coordinate with credit control and AR team
  • Requires frequent dealing with HQ buyers and able to obtain good deals with better Return of Investments for the company


  • Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years in Key Account Management / Sales / Marketing role, function, as well as operations experience
  • Strong in negotiation
  • Candidate from FMCG or F&B industry is preferred
