Responsibility & Requirements

We are looking to expand our presence and we are looking for a Recruitment Reseacher to join us. We are looking for people who have the ability and affinity to build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of clients’ recruitment needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential talent from job posting, social media, networking, etc
  • Placing job adverts
  • Conducting candidate interviews and formatting resumes
  • Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being worked on
  • Coordinating interview processes between clients and candidates
