Job Description & Requirements

  • Good experience in cooking Sichuan appetizer, Sichuan dishes and dessert which are meant for Hotpot.
  • Assist in the management of the kitchen in regards to the cleanliness and food hygiene etc
  • Able to assume most job scopes within the kitchen such as preparation, cutting, skewing and washing etc
  • Constantly creating new dishes to entice customers.
