Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day on-site IT Technical support services
  • Planning and undertaking schedule maintenance upgrades
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Involving in IT Projects implementation and deployment support
  • Performing new system rollup/upgrade

Requirements

  • Min. Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT related field of study
  • Motivated, resourceful and able to perform under tight schedule
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Great sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Experience in Windows Client and Server (E.g. Windows 7/10/2012/2016/2019)
  • Min 1 year experience in system administration and support
  • Strong IT Knowledge and familiarity with It infrastructure such as system and networking
  • Good knowledge/skills in networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Customer oriented support experience is highly desired
  • May requires OT with OT pay reimbursement
  • No experience candidate with the above relevant knowledge/skills may still apply
