Job Description

The HR Shared Services Executive is the central point of contact with the business units for providing support in all HR topics. Successful HRSS Executive will render qualified consulting advice to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers, provides administrative support on preparation of contracts, filing and maintaining of reports.

Responsibilities

1 .Cessation Management:

  • Coordinate and execute the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee experience.
  • Facilitate the return of company property and assets from departing employees.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support to facilitate a smooth transition for exiting employees.
  • Attendance and Leave Management:
  • Manage and administer employees’ leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of absences.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Employee Query Handling:
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees, addressing their inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Provide timely and accurate information, guidance, and solutions to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist employees with accessing and understanding HR systems, tools, and resources.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements:
  • Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to employment contracts, termination processes, working hours, leaves of absence, and non-discrimination practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
  • Experience in handling Employment Work Pass
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solver with strong communication skills.
