Job Description


Someone who can:

1 Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapt to fast-paced work environment

2 Good communication and interpersonal skills

3 Familiarize with Microsoft Office

4 Understanding of relevant accounting practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements desirable

5 Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.


1 Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

2 Process documentation and prepare formal letters, reports relating to recruitment, staffing, training, performance evaluations and etc

3 Working with Tech team in preparation of onboarding for new hire (email, laptop, office access) & offboarding of staff (remove employee access, redirect emails, necessary paperwork & asset recovery)

4 Sending out email communication to the internal team for HR-related matters

5 Creating and updating database in Info-Tech from time to time

6 Ad hoc – arrange courier services, buy items required by cleaner, AC servicing, repair jobs, etc

7 ACA SIN Proposal – update the file on a weekly basis

8 Arrange hotel accommodation and air tickets for business trips.

Human Resource

1 Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

2 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc

3 Working with the Tech team in preparation for onboarding new hires (email, laptop, office access) & offboarding staff (remove employee access, redirect emails, necessary paperwork & asset recovery)

4 Compiling and updating employee records in an excel sheet and send out together with the welcome email for onboarding of new staff. The excel sheet is a contact list for all ACA SG staff.

5 As an administrator in Info-Tech, you will need to update specific information relating to staff record when required, be the 1st level of approver for leave application, payroll will be done by Finance

6 Processing child leave for eligible employees, gathering the required information. Finance to submit claim for reimbursement online via the Government-Paid Leave (GPL) Portal

7 Handling employee relations, benefits & onboarding training for staff (staff insurance, company policy, allowances, guidance on how to use Info-Tech)

8 Design of email signature, name card artwork for new staff / internal transfer, and ordering cards with the supplier

9 Update organizational chart

10 Other Ad-Hoc Duties
