Job Description

Summary

You will be providing high quality HR services including payroll processing to our clients. As a HR professional, you shall serve as a consultant on human resources-related issues, and provide the solutions. You will formulate strong business partnership with clients to deliver value-added service to meet the business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for performing the full suite of HR services including payroll processing and administration
  • Manage the recruitment process including liaising with Hiring Manager on recruitment needs, sourcing candidates through creative ways, reviewing and maintaining job descriptions etc.
  • Ensure all payments are processed in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll payout and statutory contributions not limited to tax clearance applications, GPML /GPCL / NS Pay Claims and annual tax filling (IR8A/AIS)
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, claim documents and perform reconciliation
  • Identify, investigate and solve payroll discrepancies
  • Handle employee’s queries on all payroll related matters promptly
  • Other ad-hoc duties or assignments

Essential Qualities

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore’s employment legislation and statutory requirements
  • Proficient with any Payroll Software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
  • Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
