• Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening
• Onboarding & Offboarding cycle
• Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records
• Handle employee payroll, medical and leaves matters
• Manage application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
• Engage and provide HR advisory to employees
• Collate recruitment statistics for management reporting
• Responsible the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational and administration activities and all office-related matters
• Manage HR policies, plans and programs, and to assist to review, evaluate and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures
• Counselling staff; Conducting investigations
• Safe Management Manager – To be responsible to assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the system of Safe Management Measures at the workplace to provide a safe working environment for employees and minimise risks of further outbreaks. Including Policy, procedure and forms requested by MOM & MOH
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
• Ad-Hoc responsibilities/task assign by management

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization or equivalent
• At least 1 years of HR experience
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent and positive working attitude
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices

Schedule: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: Able to start work as soon as possible preferably.
