- Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening
- Onboarding & Offboarding cycle
- Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records
- Handle employee payroll, medical and leaves matters
- Manage application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
- Engage and provide HR advisory to employees
- Collate recruitment statistics for management reporting
- Responsible the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational and administration activities and all office-related matters
- Manage HR policies, plans and programs, and to assist to review, evaluate and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures
- Counselling staff; Conducting investigations
- Safe Management Manager – To be responsible to assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the system of Safe Management Measures at the workplace to provide a safe working environment for employees and minimise risks of further outbreaks. Including Policy, procedure and forms requested by MOM & MOH
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
- Ad-Hoc responsibilities/task assign by management
- Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline with HR Specialization or equivalent
- At least 1 years of HR experience
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent and positive working attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
Schedule: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: Able to start work as soon as possible preferably.
