We are seeking an experienced HR Expert to join our client’s team. The HR Expert will play a critical role in the training, appraisal, and rewards processes. The primary objective is to ensure that the client becomes an employer of choice, attracting and retaining top talent who can contribute to the company’s growth and success.
The HR Expert will play a crucial role in upgrading the appraisal format and developing the curriculum for an E Training Platform. The primary objectives are to implement a performance reward system, differentiate between increment and reward, introduce a performance coaching system, and create a roadmap for employee growth and promotion.
Upgrading of the Appraisal Format:
- Implement a performance reward system tied to the performance review process.
- Differentiate between increments and rewards based on employee performance and achievements.
- Design and develop an enhanced appraisal format that aligns with best practices.
- Evaluate criteria for promotion to supervisor or assistant outlet manager, including operational skills and leadership abilities.
- Introduce a performance coaching system and feedback mechanism to enhance employee development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement an automation solution for the appraisal process.
- Explore the integration of the appraisal format with an E-Learning Platform.
- Ensure seamless linkage between the appraisal system and the E-Learning Platform.
- Provide recommendations and guidance on the best practices for utilizing automation to streamline HR processes.
Curriculum For An E Training Platform
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum for the E Training Platform, focusing on the retail side of the business.
- Target roles include Sales Assistant, Supervisor, Assistant Outlet Manager, Outlet Manager, and Area Manager.
- Consider incorporating videos showcasing standard operating procedures.
- Design assessments to evaluate employee understanding and knowledge after each module.
- Create a growth roadmap that guides employees’ career development and motivates them to take initiative.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in upgrading appraisal formats and implementing performance reward systems.
- Strong knowledge of performance management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with E-Learning Platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
