Job Descriptions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networks).
  • Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support employees with HR-related matters and address concerns.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development.
  • Coordinate training programs and support career development.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Utilize data for strategic decision-making and HR strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • HR experience focusing on employee relations, engagement, and culture.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
