Job Description

Performs HR administrations, handling of Recruitment & Selection, employee onboarding & off boarding, work pass administration, preparation of staff letters and other HR Service delivery.

Jobs responsibilities

• Manage issues pertaining to foreign workers.
• Manage employee welfare matters.
• Work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
• Carry out HR policies and processes,
• Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labour legislation and regulations,
• Provide daily operational HR administration support and other administrative duties.
• Assist in Company’s event.
• Assist in partial payroll administration.
• Attend to employee enquiries
• Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by superior.

Jobs requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
• High level of integrity and responsibility
• Positive working attitude and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
