Job Description

  • HR Administration

 Administer screening and on boarding of new hires

 Maintain Employees Records

 Request Registration of Biometric Access for employees

 Collate and reconciliation forms of Employees (New Join and Exit Employment)

 Prepare Half Yearly Review Reports and collation of data, as require by Team Lead or Manager

 Monitor trending of common expenses, such as printing utilisation, stationery, utilities, etc.

  • Operations Management

 Procurement: Required to cover the Executive handling Procurement & Purchases in her absence.

 Support centres in acquisition of assets, materials and services.

 Assist in tagging and deployment of procured items

 Sourcing and raising of PR for standard items, e.g. STE Laptop, Projector and other IT Assets after consultation with IT Manager and RO

 Closing of invoice, PO and GR. Including PO change request

 Perform stock take

  • Facility and Vendor Management

 Assist with facilities and vendor management

  • Support Front Desk Operations – example escort of Visitors to Centres (as and when required)

Qualification

GCE O level or diploma graduate with at least 1 year working experience
