- HR Administration
Administer screening and on boarding of new hires
Maintain Employees Records
Request Registration of Biometric Access for employees
Collate and reconciliation forms of Employees (New Join and Exit Employment)
Prepare Half Yearly Review Reports and collation of data, as require by Team Lead or Manager
Monitor trending of common expenses, such as printing utilisation, stationery, utilities, etc.
- Operations Management
Procurement: Required to cover the Executive handling Procurement & Purchases in her absence.
Support centres in acquisition of assets, materials and services.
Assist in tagging and deployment of procured items
Sourcing and raising of PR for standard items, e.g. STE Laptop, Projector and other IT Assets after consultation with IT Manager and RO
Closing of invoice, PO and GR. Including PO change request
Perform stock take
- Facility and Vendor Management
Assist with facilities and vendor management
- Support Front Desk Operations – example escort of Visitors to Centres (as and when required)
GCE O level or diploma graduate with at least 1 year working experience
