Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel/hostel operations.
  • Performs daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
  • Manage staff cash registers, check and ensure accuracy with minimum differences, bank in cash.
  • Cover shifts in reception and housekeeping
  • Maintains accurate records including reservation system, reports etc.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries
  • Proactively review feedback online and in person.
  • Coordinate with external parties including suppliers and travel agencies.
  • Involve in recruitment, review employee performance, provides training to staff
  • 24/7 on call to respond to guest or employee urgent inquiries.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
