Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing training on how to make Sushi Sets, Maki, Handrolls, Rice Balls, and Don Buri
  • Maintain high standard of hygiene cleanliness.
  • Practice effective communication strategies with colleagues and customers.
  • Monitors ordering and stock inventory.
  • Preparing staff weekly roster.
  • Calculation of monthly sales report.
  • Forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages.
  • Managing daily operations, developing menus, maitaining quality standards, overseeing staff training, monitoring inventory and cost control.
  • Manage the finances related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink.

Job Requirements

  • Must be humble and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays (especially CNY)
  • Willing to stand for a long period of time.
  • Willing to assign in different outlets.
  • Requires 6 days of work per week.
  • Requires rotation shift.
  • Requires knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint Presentation)
