JJob Summary

A key component within the Technology Division executes and manages admin support in

alignment with the corporate guidelines. Implement the admin support activities and manage

the facilities on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description

  • Responsible for administrative tasks to upkeep the office premises and facilities
  • Manage and implement adequate Workplace Safety and Health and Security

measures

  • Manage office facilities, including seating plans, office renovation, and asset disposals
  • Process and manage travel-related matters
  • Processes requisitions and keeps stock for office supplies and inventories
  • Assist in staff on/offboarding & orientation within the division
  • Provide general clerical support including mailing & scanning and errands to facilitate

the division’s deliveries

  • Support in procurement activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently & with various

stakeholders to support daily administrative/operations matters

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business

Studies/Administrative/Management or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Preferably junior executive specialised in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
  • Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office & Google G Suite
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, and resourceful
