Job Description

About The Company

Established in 1991, the company distributes premium, natural and organic foods products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. The company has logistical expertise to handle dry, chilled, and frozen products. Their marketing and distribution activities range from servicing major supermarket and hypermarket chains to the foodservice sector, which includes hotels, restaurants, cafes, wholesalers, ships and airlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing activities such as food events or product launch
  • Manage products for reservation allocation and promotion purpose
  • Preparation of quotations, sample supplies, sales materials etc
  • Responsible for new account opening and credit applications
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails and phone calls
  • Maintain customer and pricing database to drive accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfil customers’ requests and orders
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business / Marketing / Sales
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
