Job Description

  • Assist E-Commerce team to build and support Giordano Singapore’s E-Commerce business on the key marketplaces on proprietary, Qoo10, Shopee, Zalora.
  • Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as big campaigns.
  • Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside platform brand teams.
  • Maintain store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces.
  • Liaise closely with Warehouse and Sales team via in-house inventory system for inventory control and shipment orders.
  • Helm customer service.
  • Data reporting and analysis for E-Commerce trends and weekly E-commerce reports.

Requirement

  • Higher NITEC Certificate / Polytechnic Diploma
  • E-Commerce/retail (1-2 years) – E-marketplace experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Project management.
  • Campaign planning & execution experience.
  • Client management.
  • E-Commerce supply chain, data reporting and analytics experience is a bonus.
