Seeking a bright and energetic person for our Customer Enagement role – One who is highly proficient in the use of modern technology (software and systems) and possesses an excellent service attitude would make the best match with our company’s open working culture.
Key Requirements
This role requires you to work closely with existing and potential clients, towards ensuring the whole onboarding process is smooth and satisfactory, for the companies and their employees.
You would have good communication skills in English and an excellent grasp of technology.
This role provides you with the opportunity to work in sync with our Operations team and the Software Development team, with constant interactions and flow of inputs across our company.
