Job Description

  • Ensuring all orders for our standard and designer bakes are made and delivered on time.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising new team members, and provide effective guidance.
  • Work with the kitchen to ensure that the bakery is adequately stocked with quality baking ingredients and supplies.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure fast (1 hour) customer ticket turnaround time.
  • Tracked ticket handling efficiency
  • Ensure all orders for our standard and designer bakes are loaded onto delivery vehicles timely – Variable incentives when you achieve 100% customer satisfaction!

You Know You Are Suitable If You

  • Are a driven, hard and efficient worker
  • Bonus if you have previously worked front-of-house in an F&B Establishment
  • Bonus if you have a diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts.
