Our client is a Japanese company, specializing in Factory Automation. They are looking for a Customer Service Staff.

【What you will be working on】

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone and email, processing sales orders, and providing quotations.
  • Arrange deliveries and shipments for local and overseas customers and prepare day-to-day documents for delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations Support and Warehouse teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Liaise with headquarters and overseas offices to address customer requests and concerns related to delivery.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Requirement

  • Minimum “O” Levels
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Passionate, hardworking, and well-organized professional with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work under stress and adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Proficient in PC skills (knowledge of MS Office is necessary).
