Job Description

  • To be the first point of contact for customers via different channels of communication (Email/phone/social media platforms/walk-ins).
  • Ensure all customer communication channels are attended to promptly within the response time defined by company.
  • Resolve product or service issues by taking ownership to ensure customer needs are followed through.
  • Attend to feedback and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and services queries, and to promote other products and services.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up with customer when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve enquiries and requests.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • GCE O/A Level/ Diploma, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously in a team setting.
  • Self-motivated and positive mindset.
  • Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy skills in Microsoft applications (MS Word & Excel)
  • Good oral communication and active listening skills.
  • Must be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
