Job Description

Job Highlights

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support the department’s daily operations
  • Liaise with Casket/Undertaker companies for the registration of Beneficiary
  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customer enquiries and feedback
  • Process labels / stickers for Urns Storage / Ji-Ling
  • Assist in the registration of annual Prayer Events
  • Coordinate with customer for collection of photos for Niches / Ancestral Tablets

Job Specifications

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ level with min. 1 year of frontline working experience
  • Good communications skills (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates) is pre-requisite
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with Dharma knowledge will be of an added advantage
  • Must be able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
  • Willing to work with after-death care service associates
