Job Description

  • Managing Front Office operations.
  • Check in / Check out Guests.
  • Collection and settlement of payment.
  • Check and confirm Reservations.
  • Updating of Room Availability of different Room Types and Room Rates.
  • Provide service to Guests about Enquiries on Major City Attractions, Events, Facilities, other information etc.
  • Ensure and monitor the availability of rooms meeting the need of the operation.
  • Check guest ledger and ensure all direct billing folios are authorized and proper correspondences.
  • Provide informations about the hotel products and its services.
  • Manage reservations and room assignment activities.
  • Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.
  • Willing to take on rotating shifts jobs including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
