Responsibilities

• Advocate for Sunnystep products among customers, corporate clients and retail partners; address their concerns and respond to their inquiries in a prompt manner
• Responsible for addressing inquiries, monitoring complaints and feedback via all channels of communication
• Engage consumer in the product development process by channelling their feedback to the team, address product quality issues and collect new ideas for product development
• Maintain and regularly engage customer groups on social media and WhatsApp
• Engage our online customers regularly with live streaming activities on various e-commerce and social media platforms
• Send out newsletters regularly to our customer base; keep customers informed about new product launches and new marketing activities
• Plan and engage our retail partners with promotional activities and events
• Organise regular client engagement and appreciation events both online and offline to add value to our clients and keep them engaged in our community
• Source and send appreciation gifts to VIPs in our community
