The Singapore office, with 3 offices across the city, is seeking talents to join our team in our expansion project.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry
  • Create and maintain customer relations
  • Preparing quotations and tenders
  • Data analysis & tracking
  • Supporting periodic KPI reports
  • Working closely with operations to ensure timely deliveries of services
  • Opportunities for overseas business trips
  • Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Good workplace & phone etiquette
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fast learner, Attention to details & able to multi task
  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Advantage for candidates with knowledge in freight forwarding/ valuable cargo business
  • Entry level candidate welcome to apply
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
