Job Description

We are an e-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong.

We are looking to hire additional full-time customer service executives .

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sellers/partners/internal staff with friendly and professional communication during call transactions and email enquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attend to partner’s request of assistance.
  • Advise clear and accurate information based on sellers/partners/internal staff enquiries.
  • Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet sellers/partner/internal staff expectations.
  • Follow up on cases proactively and attentively.
  • Able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s call response policy.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Able to start immediately will be preferred!
  • Prior experience in call centers is preferred but if you are willing to learn, quick to learn, and have a positive attitude, we are open to training you!


  • Basic Salary – $200 (Probation) to $2300 (confirmed)
  • Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absences)
  • Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depends on performance appraisal
  • Tenure allowance – after 1st/2nd/3rd yr anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances
  • E.g. a 2nd yr tenure employee receives $340/mth, a 1st yr tenure employee receives $170/mth on top of basic salary.
  • Meal Allowance for any day’s overtime more than 2 hours – $10
  • Overtime pay eligible

Working Hours: 5.5 days

  • Mon-Fri: 9am – 6pm
  • Sat – 9am to 1pm
