Job Description


  • Handle enquiries promptly and communicate professionally with customers from various channels such as emails and whatsapp.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Provide application support & simple troubleshooting of equipment
  • Process appointments, service bookings and orders at outlet and E commerce platform
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate where necessary
  • Collate and analyze customer feedback
  • Track and report on customer service KPI and metrics
  • Establish strong customer satisfaction experience
  • Track, maintain and monitor customer records
  • Manage customer loyalty strategies
  • Manage online store inventory
  • General support for retail and online business strategies
  • Handle general reception work


  • At least 1 year of customer service/ retail experience preferred.
  • Minimum O levels and above
  • Enthusiastic team player who can work independently.
  • Positive mind-set and service attitude.
  • Patient and professional.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Able to speak Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm
