Job Description

  • Delivering a comprehensive service framework to address customers’ feedback
  • Managing and documenting all incoming calls/emails enquiry
  • Maintaining customers’ accounts to keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken on our Yeap Transport Management System (YTMS)
  • Communicating and aligning with internal Ops Teams and HQ to address customer feedback and service recovery at regular Ops meeting platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations, Finance, HR, Business Development, IT to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Building sustainable relationships to deepen customer satisfaction, including compliments for posting on our social media accounts
  • Generate monthly customer service reports with clear monitoring of KPIs
  • Improving customer service experience and touchpoints in consultation with Training Team
  • Taking ownership of customers issues and follow through problems through to resolution.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards to ensure our company’s service standards.
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Supporting the HO in engaging Bus Captains and Bus Attendants to provide customer centric services and service recovery e.g. punctual, caring, reliable and safe bus services
  • Awareness of SOPs for workplace safety, child safeguarding and related school and company policy to ensure proper compliance to resolve customer’s grievances aligned with company and school’s policy
  • Work with school administrators to document and manage all pastoral management issues for the school’s follow through and attention
  • Ensure customer service-related KPIs are achieved, monitored and reported using the YTMS as requested by school administrators and HQ
  • Empower and make critical customer service decisions and ensure the appropriate communication with all parties involved for assigned campus in consultation/approval with HQ
  • Work with HO to support any other daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyse trends and recommend improvements for overall service performance and resource applications based on data collected from YTMS
  • Manage positive relations with school administrators, parents and all other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong customer-orientation with good interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience in customer relations or customer service management, preferably in the transportation or education sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices. A passion for customer satisfaction, patience, compassion, and empathy
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities with good negotiation skills
  • Able to coordinate and follow up effectively on daily customer contingencies in a fast-paced environment
  • Addressing, resolving customer complaints efficiently with guided Standard Operating Procedures
  • Proactive individual with excellent initiative
  • Able to converse fluently in English. Ability to converse in any other languages and dialects is a bonus
  • Adaptable to working hours and ability to handle multiple task
  • Good personal & working attitude
  • An excellent team player with leadership skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field and at least 8 years of working experience
  • Knowledge of Zoho ticketing system and related CRM technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft teams and Google suites
