Responsibilities

  • Be a loud and strong advocate of responsible pet ownership
  • Be unbashful in assisting customers who are seeking solutions and recommendations to their needs
  • Process refund, order amendments and delivery instructions accurately
  • Attend to email, phone call and walk-in enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed
  • Experience in both dogs and cats preferred

Requirements
