Collaborate closely with the Collections, Risks, and Operations teams as we work together to problem-solve and continuously improve our customers’ subscription experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of customer queries to identify pain points and provide effective resolutions.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Collections, Risks, and Operations teams to resolve issues and address customer requests.
  • Drive the implementation of policy and service changes, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Vocalise user insights through qualitative and quantitative data to influence tactical decisions and processes.
  • Contribute to Growth, Collections, and Operations projects through user research and project implementation.

Requirements

  • Currently based in Singapore.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
  • Proactive, independent and curious.
  • Resourceful with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change – skills required in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Genuine empathy and people skills – skills required to connect with our customers.
  • Preferably relevant internship experience in Communications, Customer Operations, or start-ups.
  • Data analysis experience or basic programming knowledge is a bonus!
