Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.
  • Key responsibilities such as to work according to the menu specifications.
  • Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions.
  • Keep up to date with the new products and recipes.
  • Practice cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Able to work independently & a good team player.
  • Entry level candidates may be considered for the Management Trainee position.
  • Be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Singaporeans are welcome to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
