Job Description

  • Perform front-line customer service support independently, and pleasantly
  • Operate basic computer applications and handle incoming calls and inquiries
  • Cashiering, and taking large bulk payments accurately
  • Prepare the business for smooth opening and closing
  • Procurement and handling of office equipment/ monthly stock-take
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
  • Administrative duties as per assigned

Job Requirement

  • Desirable, but not essential: 1 year relevant in healthcare services or customer sevices
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment comfortably
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent administrative skills, well-organized, meticulous, and friendly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent customer serice skills
  • Very reliable


Starting at $2,100-$2,400 depending of relavent exeperince.

Increments 6-12 monthly based on performance.
