Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle FIT and Group travel requests, including air, hotel and car. Flight bookings will range from simple point-to-point to complex multi-cities for sub-agents.
  • Coordinates day-to-day ticketing operations.
  • Staying up to date with airline regulations, fare rules, visa requirements, and other travel-related policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and targets and contributing to process improvements and quality control initiatives.
  • Assisting refunds for cancelled flights, ensuring compliance with airline policies and regulations.


  • Meticulous, strong eyes for detail.
  • Must possess customer service & ticketing knowledge.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in handling air ticket issuance/air ticket refund.
