Job Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the Catering Sales Team.
- Handle incoming event enquiries via various channel including telephone, fax and email for the Catering Team.
- Assist the appointed Managers to prepare proposal and send out contracts.
- Assist in coordination for all in-house events.
- Daily distribution of event orders to respective departments concerned.
- Maintain and order department supplies as and when needed and within budget.
- Establish and maintain appropriate filing system for all past events.
- Assist to generate month end production report.
- Undertake any special assignments that may be assigned on an adhoc basis.
Education and Work Experience
- Diploma in Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
