Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Catering Sales Team.
  • Handle incoming event enquiries via various channel including telephone, fax and email for the Catering Team.
  • Assist the appointed Managers to prepare proposal and send out contracts.
  • Assist in coordination for all in-house events.
  • Daily distribution of event orders to respective departments concerned.
  • Maintain and order department supplies as and when needed and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate filing system for all past events.
  • Assist to generate month end production report.
  • Undertake any special assignments that may be assigned on an adhoc basis.

Education and Work Experience

  • Diploma in Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
