To cater to retail demand from consumers, we are on the hunt for Business Development Executive rockstars for our F&B categories to be based in our Singapore office. This person will build the F&B footprints for KaiKai in Singapore and will work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure that we continue to delight and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences for every user.

What you’ll do:

  • Acquire new F&B partners and negotiate the terms for KaiKai and marketing solutions
  • Establish relationships with F&B partners, including the provision of business insights and solutions while improving operational efficiencies and brand marketing
  • Provide performance reports and data-driven suggestions to the F&B partners regularly
  • Assist in onboarding new F&B partners
  • Work cross-functionally with category managers, product, operations and marketing teams to support growth opportunities with F&B partners
  • Keep up to date with retail and business trends

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in business development
  • Diploma holder or above in business or relevant discipline
  • Good business acumen, critical thinking and ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Good experience in managing key account relationships and partner onboarding
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask against competing priorities, and to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
  • Self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
  • Results-oriented and data-driven mindset, coupled with good data reporting skills
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
