Job Description

Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore

The incumbent will be part of the digital transformation of Allianz Insurance Singapore and support the team to delivery key strategic initiative for the year:

  • Digital Customer Journey Implementation
  • Implementation of Core systems

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Review and document business processes to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Gather and review requirements with business users on Policy Managements, Sales, Finance and Claims
  • Refine the requirements with the technical team
  • Perform Testing as and when required
  • Work directly with a leadership team of various departments to understand their future needs and pipeline
  • Work with business users to gather requirements for new system requirements
  • Work with Vendors and understand the solutions proposed then convey the same to the business for acceptance
  • Maintain the Product Backlog, Create reporting Dashboards in JIRA
  • Support the incident management team (Incident logging, troubleshooting with users, monitioring and reporting)
  • Support the Product Owners when and where required
  • Provide project management assistance and reporting
  • Train the business on key functionalities when and where required


  • Undergraduate with Bachelors in Business Administration/Management or a IT related course
  • Hands on experience on tools like Jira, Confluence, Robotic Process Automation and Insurance software
  • Knowledge in Agile Methodology and SLDC
  • Experience in any Data related project
