Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee outlet operations
  • Maintain outlets cleanliness in compliance to the company’s quality and standard
  • Execute Human Resources matters such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, and providing counselling
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Manage employee related matters such as leave matters, scheduling, and overall welfare
  • To analyze outlet data (transaction count, average check, daily sales, hourly sales figures) for production planning
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma holder
  • Preferably with 2 years F&B Bakery experience
  • Possess good management, strong leadership qualities & customer service
  • Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Problem solver and effective decision maker
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment
