Job Description

  • Complete forecasts, plans, and reports for management.
  • Monitor budget and up sell products and services
  • Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within departmental booking guidelines
  • Develop understanding of key sectors and gain account expertise when necessary to maximize lead conversion rate.
  • Maintaining and Servicing past accounts for the Hotel
  • Conduct market research and competitor surveys
  • Identify key market segments and implement strategies for each market segment for revenue growth;
  • To receive feedback from clients in order to channel down to respective sections so as to improve services or to rectify the negative areas for improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
