Job Description

  • Duty & Responsibility
  • Work closely with entity department head and Finance operations team to ensure all general ledger entries are completed by the end of each month
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, monthly ledger reviews and variance analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit or Loss items
  • Liaise and close out matters with Auditors and Tax Agents
  • Support the Group Reporting Team which includes completing both the Singapore and HQ reporting packs and minor reports
  • Prepare company tax computation for tax provision purpose and liaise with tax agent for annual tax computation
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
  • Requirement:
  • Degree / CPA / CA or degree in Accountancy
  • 2 years’ experience in GL duties
  • Meticulous and analytical with numbers
  • Singaporean only as quota to hire foreigners is not available
  • 5 months contract job to cover staff going on maternity leave
  • Others Information:
  • 5-days work week
  • Meal allowance
